# Fincas with beautiful outdoor areas and pools in Mallorca
Imagine yourself in a dreamy country home in the Mallorcan countryside surrounded by rolling fields, wildflowers and tranquility. ### Santanyí
First stop: Santanyí, the pretty sandstone village in the southeast of the island. An idyllic traditional town with many blissful beaches nearby, Santanyí is a desirable location for sampling village life. Santanyí is located within its eponymous region, which is well known for its green swathes of countryside, quaint stone walls and sensational properties.
Es Carritxo is a small village within the region of Santanyí where you will find this spectacular newly-built finca on the outskirts. With panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and the romantic church of Es Carritxo, this designer property is flooded with light thanks to its generous windows. A short drive or train ride away from Palma into the Mallorcan countryside is the lovely quaint village of Santa María del Camí. An alluring location due to its proximity to the island’s capital and its airport, Santa María retains the charm of a traditional village with a bustling weekly fruit and vegetable market and a good range of bars, cafés and eateries. Also the heart of the wine country, Santa María has its very own bodega, Macià Batle, which hosts wine tastings and tours.
An oasis in Central Mallorca, this secluded retreat is located in Llubí, just over 20 minutes drive towards the Bay of Alcudia. This restored natural stone farmhouse with rustic features historical elements combined with the comfort of modern living.
