# Sa Vinya - Mediterranean Living
The picturesque residential complex **Sa Vinya** is situated in a **quiet and central location**, close to many amenities such as shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, **various sandy beaches** and only a few minutes' drive from the fashionable **marina of Puerto Portals**. The design and layout are individually coordinated and convey Mediterranean living comfort with pleasant privacy. The **open living concept** with generous window fronts harmoniously combines interior and exterior areas and creates an inviting living ambience - a Mediterranean joie de vivre! Numerous apartments have a fantastic sea view. In addition to a **covered terrace** on the living level, the penthouses also offer a large roof terrace, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, the ideal place to spend time with friends and family.
Beautifully **landscaped Mediterranean gardens** complete the Sa Vinya living concept and exude a scent of lavender, rosemary, cypress and citrus trees. Two generously laid out pool areas invite you to relax. A heated indoor pool allows you to swim all year round, even in winter.
The village of Bendinat is located 12 km southwest of the island capital Palma and only a stone's throw from Puerto Portals with its luxury boutiques and first-class restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth thanks to its location directly on the **Bendinat golf course**. Several of the best international schools on the island are also located in the vicinity.
