On a glorious spring day over 100 guests attended a special “open house” brunch to celebrate the launch of two spectacular new villas called Villas Anguli and Statera. The event was hosted by the “dream team” of Swiss developers, E5 Group, Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest, Terraza Balear and Gallery Red, that have worked together to bring this new generation of highly individual residences to the market.
Guests were directed to arrive first at Villa Statera. This villa is presented completely furnished with top Italian designer brands from stylish Minotti furniture to an uber-modern Poliform kitchen and superb terrace furniture by Dedon. Experiencing a property in this way gave guests a real feeling of how it would be live in this extraordinary residence and to appreciate the design concept based on a striking geometric shape. Featuring floor to ceiling glass windows that run the entire length of the villa's façade maximising the inspiring sense of space and light. The “wow” factor is the spectacular sea view from every terrace and practically all the rooms. Architect Michel Campioni has cleverly created distinctive areas around the property for entertaining or relaxation at different times of the day/evening. There are also highly individual features such as the glass-faced patio with Jacuzzi and vertical garden off the main bedroom suite providing a private space to cool off on a summer's evening. Collaborating partner, Auto Vidal, offered transport in two new electric SUV Mercedes Benz EQC vehicles, to drive guests in comfort from Villa Statera to Villa Anguli on its hilltop location where the presentations were held. A colourful pop-up art gallery had been created in Villa Anguli by Gallery Red featuring works by Warhol, Hirst and Banksy, to name a few, that adorned the walls with their high ceilings. Perfect weather conditions showcased the villa’s ample terrace with exterior seating/dining areas and infinity pool. On such a lovely day people immediately gravitated outside to take in the stunning sea views whilst sipping champagne. Hosts, colleagues and friends all mingled happily in the sunshine enjoying Mediterranean lifestyle at its best. After the short presentations, guests explored the property at their leisure taking in the high quality finishes and were delighted by some fun details such as an outdoor “jungle design” shower leading off the master suite.
The E5 Group, has created two modern homes that are supremely comfortable and perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate. Their prime elevated position provides the most spectacular sea views from each property which was also the inspiration behind the striking contemporary design.
